This genuine example of Shaun’s electrical work was completed within a wider renewable installation. The electrical scope covered dedicated supplies for a Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump and associated hot-water equipment; the complete system was not sold directly by SL4.

The Birmingham property was receiving new low-carbon heating equipment through a wider renewable project, including a Vaillant air-source heat pump and hot-water cylinder. Shaun’s role covered the fixed electrical work needed for the specified loads and equipment connection requirements.
Dedicated electrical supplies were installed with suitable circuit protection and local isolation. The cable routes and outdoor connection were completed neatly, then the electrical work was inspected, tested and documented ready for the lead heating installer to commission the system.

Safe local isolation
An accessible outdoor isolator was installed beside the heat pump so the unit can be safely isolated for commissioning, servicing and repair.

The completed electrical work was inspected and tested, with the new circuits identified and the appropriate certification completed.
