The installation

The fixed electrical installation was inspected and tested circuit by circuit, with the consumer unit, earthing, bonding, protective devices and accessible points assessed and the results recorded on the Electrical Installation Condition Report.
Where minor items could be put right safely during the visit, they were corrected and retested. Lak also received a photographic findings record explaining the observations in plain English, alongside installation and functional testing of the new cooker.
